I know that when it comes to health and wellness solutions, you have many options available to you. So what makes me unique?
* I am a certified personal trainer (CPT) and obtained my certification through one of the premiere training institutes, the International Sports Science Association (ISSA). What sets me apart from other CPTs is that I am also a certified Wellness Coach. This allows me to adopt a multifaceted framework that will get you past your previous challenges and barriers faster and easier in order to achieve the wellness and lifestyle goals that you desire.
* I take an integrative mind-body approach because I recognize that achieving optimal health and wellness is just as much about what is going on in your mind as it is about what is taking place in your body.
* I work with clients in person, via email, and through webinars. We all live busy lives and meeting face-to-face is not always an option for everyone. This should not keep you from achieving your wellness goals or creating the lifestyle of your dreams! The good news is I successfully coach clients online. Not only does this allow you to do the work on your own timeline (with a level of accountability!), but it also allows you to accomplish your goals during holidays, vacations, and business trips. This also allows me to work with clients outside of the South Florida area.
On-Line Personal Training Plans: An eight-week personal training plan sent directly to your inbox focusing on cardiorespiratory exercises, resistance training, flexibility, and stretching. Includes pictures and videos, as necessary. Also includes weekly email check-ins and unlimited email correspondence to address any questions. Whether you're looking to lose weight, tone your body, or gain muscle mass, programs are individually designed to meet your specific goals.
Fee: $499 per 8-week training plan
In-Person Personal Training: Individual sessions designed with your specific training goals in mind. Book multiple sessions and receive a discounted rate. Bring a friend and you both receive a discounted price.
Fee: $50 per session; $45 per person for 2+ people up to 4 max
Save more when purchasing a package. 8 sessions = $375; 16 sessions = $750 (1 free session!)
