Dr. Ali Jencik
Dr. Ali Jencik is the president and founder of Radiant Energy Wellness, LLC, where she serves as a life transformations coach specializing in lifestyle design solutions. Ali holds a doctorate degree in social science and a Master's degree in psychology. She has published several books and scholarly articles, as well as presented at conferences throughout the country.
Through her personalized coaching plans, Ali helps individuals get clear on who they want to be and what they want to do outside of the usual societal expectations -- she helps them "get real" and create an authentic life. Ali helps empower her clients to face down fears, silence their inner critic, build up their confidence, and design fulfilling and joyful lives.
At Radiant Energy Wellness, LLC, Ali takes a mind~body~spirit approach to creating a wholehearted life. She does this through her newsletter, online free video trainings, blogging, inspirational posts, and her signature online coaching program Reclaim Yourself offered twice per year. Her sister site, She Conquers Fitness, offers Instagram and Facebook followers an opportunity to join together as a community of fierce, strong women through fitness, food, and yoga.
In 2017, Ali is connecting on a deeper level with the Radiant community through blogging. In 2016, her Facebook followers and newsletter subscribers found a deep connection with her personal experiences throughout the years. Ranging from her recovery from an eating disorder, her battles with depression and anxiety, and the recent ending of a traumatic relationship that shook up her world, the way she handled each step of her transformational journey through the art of story, yoga, running, and music inspired people throughout the world.
This year Ali is committed to “walking her talk” and living life as an adventure. Through the Radiant blog, Facebook, and Instagram, she is taking her Radiant tribe with her to grow together on this transformational journey as a community full of healing, love, joy, fulfillment, and courageous confidence.
Ali is a single mom of six year old twins. In her free time, Ali loves running and working out, yoga, going to the beach, listening to music, reading, checking out local juice bars, and attending live music events.
